1. Assess your overall health! No woman wants to discover that her material is thinning! We think of balding as a uniquely phallic trait, and we verify our material for granted until we notice troubling changes. I’m not going to illustrate the possible causes of stress, because I don’t want to cause anyone MORE stress! We all know what those sources are in our lives. Decide whether your stressful issues can be minimized.
