How to Get a Healthy Lifestyle?

Living a healthy lifestyle means eating healthy food that helps you to detox, get enough sleep and exercise, to be moderate alcohol, sugar and fat. But for many of us maintain a healthy lifestyle is very difficult. This is partly because we are creatures of habit. We are kind of similar machines. We create a model, and if we follow this model for long enough it becomes a habit. So, to unlearn a habit, you must create a new one. So if you want to live a healthy life, you must change your habits, which are not as healthy as those who are healthy. To detox your body, you need to replace a habit of eating lots of fatty unhealthy foods to eat healthy food detox. To feel less tired, you need to replace your habit of sleeping only four hours a day sleeping at least 6 hours per day.
Now, the mistake people make when they decide to live a healthier life is radically changing your lifestyle. They try to meet all your habits at once. Either they are too radical. The best example of this is with people trying to lose weight. They go to a regime that is quite serious, and yes, they do lose weight. Sometimes, heavy weight in a relatively short period can has born a health disease. But in reality does not change their eating habits. Only for a short period, what often happens is that these people are to gain weight and once again ending the regime. Old habits have not changed; they hide in the shadows, waiting to pounce on you when you leave the scheme.
