Information about Allergy to Walnuts

Otherwise, we will simply avoid eating walnuts and foods that can include or other nuts. It can be very difficult and involves a lot of studies on food labels and long phone calls to food. Such care is crucial if we are to avoid unpleasant reactions, even dangerous. Another approach could be useful in cases of allergic reaction is difficult for a complete overhaul of your diet if you can be sure that you eat good nutritious food without nuts and nut oils! Home cooking, perhaps the safest, even if it means spending more time in the kitchen.
If you do not know if you are allergic to nuts, so allergy testing is the answer. An allergist will probably organize a prick test, where small amounts of test solutions are scratched into the skin of your arm or back. Another option is to have a small amount of blood drawn and sent to a laboratory where it is allergy tested R.A.S.T., where an entire panel of potential allergies can be safe from a blood sample.
